These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Revive Home Style LLC website and the renovation services we provide. By accessing this website, submitting a request, or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the site.

2. Our Services

Revive Home Style provides home renovation services including interior and exterior design, flooring installation, roofing improvements, window and door replacement, home safety improvements, and whole-home remodels. Service availability may vary by state and project type.

3. Website Content & Estimates

Content on this website — including package pricing, timelines and imagery — is provided for general information and illustrative purposes. Starting prices shown are not offers or binding quotes. All pricing is confirmed exclusively through a written, signed proposal following an on-site consultation.

4. Quotes, Proposals & Contracts

• Written proposals are valid for 60 days from issue;
• The signed proposal and these Terms together form the service contract;
• Any change to scope requires a signed written change order with its own price and schedule impact before additional work begins;
• Verbal agreements, including those made on-site, are not binding until documented in writing.

5. Payments

Payment schedules are defined in your signed proposal and tied to verified project milestones. Deposits are limited to amounts permitted by applicable state contractor laws. Late payments may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law. Final payment is due upon your completed walkthrough.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to: provide safe, reasonable access to the worksite; secure pets and belongings in work zones; promptly communicate approvals and selections; and disclose known site conditions (e.g., asbestos, structural issues, HOA restrictions) before work begins. Delays caused by unmet client responsibilities may adjust the schedule and cost via change order.

7. Permits & Compliance

Unless otherwise stated in your proposal, Revive Home Style obtains all required building permits and schedules inspections. Work complies with applicable local, state and federal building codes at the project address.

8. Warranties

Projects carry a 5-year transferable workmanship warranty from substantial completion, in addition to manufacturer product warranties, which we register on your behalf. The warranty excludes: ordinary wear and tear, client-supplied materials, damage from misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations, and natural disasters. It is your exclusive remedy for workmanship defects, limited to repair or re-performance of the defective work.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revive Home Style's total liability arising from any project or from use of this website shall not exceed the amounts actually paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of use, rental value or inconvenience.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content — text, design documents, 3D renderings, photographs, logos and code — is the property of Revive Home Style LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. 3D designs and plans prepared for your project are licensed to you for use at the project address only and may not be transferred or reused commercially without written consent.

11. Website Use Restrictions

You agree not to: misuse the forms (spam, automated submissions, fraudulent inquiries); attempt to breach site security; scrape or reproduce site content for commercial purposes; or impersonate another person when contacting us.

12. Communications & Marketing

By submitting a form you consent to be contacted by phone, email or text regarding your request. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or at unsubscribe.html. Standard message rates may apply for SMS communications.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution and, where required, binding mediation before litigation. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts of Rio Grande County, Colorado, unless state consumer law grants you a different forum.

14. Termination

You may cancel a signed project before work begins subject to the cancellation terms in your proposal (covering incurred material and permitting costs). Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured 14 days after written notice. Work completed and materials ordered through the termination date remain payable.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, supply-chain shortages, labor disputes, pandemics or governmental actions. Affected timelines will be adjusted in writing.

16. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force. These Terms, together with your signed proposal, constitute the entire agreement between you and Revive Home Style regarding the services.
